The Primary bedroom offers a king size bed with built in cabinets with a desk, a walk in closet & En-suite bathroom with a double sink and a walk in shower.
The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, with built in cabinets, a double closet & adjacent to the guest bedroom a full bathroom
the Kitchen includes an oven range, microwave dishwasher, fridge-freezer, with an ice & water dispenser, toaster, coffee maker, and all utensils

6 month rental $18,000 Rental tax is 11%, plus a $250 cleaning fee, and a fully refundable security/damage deposit required based on the rental period.
