The house features comfortable, contemporary southwestern decor and handmade pine and aspen log furnishings.

The second story great room, perfect for entertaining, enhances the views and includes a large living area with gas fireplace, open kitchen with work island, seated dining for eight, a game/work area with hi speed internet access, a half bath and deck.

Large master suite, plus two bedrooms and another full bath, on the ground floor. The front entrance provides easy access to mud and laundry rooms, and the south facing sunroom leads to the lower deck and spacious back yard.

The great room fireplace is currently non-functional, please note that it may not be available for use when you visit.

Please note that air conditioning is almost non-existent in Crested Butte. This property does not have AC.

This property allows a maximum of 8 guests and has 2 private parking spots.
