SUNNY UNIT WITH VIEWS OF SLOPES

You'll love this sunny end unit with gorgeous views of the slopes and four levels of living space. Amenities include buses to the slopes, a club with two indoor pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise room, and outdoor hot tub.
The living level overlooks the slopes and is perfect for gathering in front of the fireplace. There are cathedral ceilings, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and sliders to a deck. Decor is vintage retro to capture the charm of classic New Hampshire homes.

The space
We chose our home because of the views it offers, the amenities available at The Village of Loon (four swimming pools, three hot tubs, an exercise room, sauna, and tennis courts). We prefer the sleepy little village of Lincoln to the more commercial areas on the east end of the Kankamagus Highway. We love the variety of hiking trails, the many fishing streams, downhill and cross country skiing, and the variety of shops and restaurants available here.

Guest access
You will have access to four levels of living space: The master with private bath and deck are on the first level. A guest bedroom with bunk beds (a double on the bottom, twin on the top) and second bath are on the ground level. On the third are the living room, dining area, kitchen and deck, and on the fourth floor is a loft with sleeping accommodations for two (twins). The unit is nicely furnished and heated by gas. Please note that cleaning service provides linens but does not make beds.

Other things to note
The unit features a large master suite with private bath, TV, phone, private bath, and sliders to deck. On the entry level are a bedroom with bunk (double on the bottom, twin on the top) and full bath. No central air but when slider door and screens are open and fans are on there is generally a cooling breeze. The third bedroom is actually a loft on the fourth floor with twin beds. It is semi-private but not fully enclosed - a great space for kids!
