Stylish, spacious, peaceful two-storey house in the heart of San Jose with panoramic ocean views from three terraces and air conditioning throughout.

The house is in an upmarket area of San Jose within Pueblo Namara - a small gated community of 8 houses and a shared pool.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has its own sea-view balcony and en-suite; the second bedroom has twin beds and the second bathroom is adjacent. There is an additional toilet and hand basin off the terrace.

The large open-plan living area opens onto the dining terrace and stairs up to sun roof.

The kitchen is bright, modern and well-equipped.

The lively town centre, promenade and port are a short stroll from the house. There are several supermarkets and many restaurants, bars and shops.

The national park with hiking trails and four legendary idyllic beaches starts at the bottom of our road!

Horse riding is available from local stables and the crystal waters are ideal for diving and snorkelling with the sea warm enough for swimming May thru October.
