Defined by bold lines and striking geometric interplay on a leveled lot, the residence commands attention from the moment you arrive. A gated motor court sets the stage for the home's seamless integration of structure, privacy, and landscape. Inside, vast walls of glass dissolve boundaries between indoors and out, creating a dynamic interplay of light and space.

Crisp architectural lines guide the eye through open-plan living and dining areas, where custom finishes and exquisite materials evoke a sense of refined minimalism. The sleek chef's kitchen, anchored by an oversized waterfall island, features top-tier Gaggenau appliances and seamless cabinetry, reinforcing the home's commitment to both beauty and function.

The upper level is an elevated retreat, where four calming bedrooms frame the surrounding canyon, further harmonizing the

Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
