Welcome to Blocks from the Beach, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse designed for the perfect coastal getaway! Located just blocks from the beach, you'll enjoy quick and easy access to the sand and surf, plus the convenience of a golf cart for cruising around the area. Inside, the home features a private elevator for easy access between floors, making it comfortable for guests of all ages. After a day at the beach, relax and unwind by the private heated pool or enjoy some friendly competition on the mini golf course, making this the ideal spot for a fun and memorable beach vacation.​​​​​​​

Outdoors: Fenched in backyard, gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, mini-golf, and a heated pool.

Ground Floor -

Garage / Game Room: 4-seater golf cart, NBA arcade game, air hockey, workout station (Marcy MWM 990), couch, and a TV. Beach equipment is also provided, including beach chairs, a folding wagon, and a cooler.
*Elevator access on every floor!

Second Floor -

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining: Dining table with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Living Room: Wall-mounted TV, sleeper sofa, (3) sitting chairs, coffee table, books, board games, and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony overlooking the backyard and stairs leading down to the pool area.

Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, bedside table with lamp, closet, sitting chair, and sliding door out to a mini balcony/patio.

Bathroom #1: Single sink, toilet, and standing shower. No tub.

Third Floor -

Bedroom #2: The master bedroom includes a King-size bed, end tables with reading lamps, a wall-mounted TV, a large walk-in closet, a private balcony overlooking the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (Ensuite): Double-vanity sink, toilet, soaking tub, and standing shower w/ shower attachments.

Bedroom #3: King-size bed, dresser, closet, and wall-mounted TV.

Bathroom #3: Single sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #4: King-size bed, dresser, closet, and wall-mounted TV.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, and iron w/ ironing board.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Parking is limited. There is enough space for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway, and space for 1 in the garage. The golf cart must be kept parked in the garage and cannot be kept parked in the driveway.
