The space
Located in a tranquil neighborhood, you will love the vibe of the home and the easy access to both major highways in Charlotte (i-77 & i-85) that will make getting around super convenient. It is perfect for a week long stay or a short weekend getaway!

First Floor:
You'll enter on the first floor, where you should first walk down the hall to peek at the dedicated working space. Not working from home? Not a problem, this space can also be quickly converted to a second living area with a sofa and games (just request it when booking!)

Now, kick off your shoes and walk up to the open floor plan of the 2nd floor.

Second Floor:
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a butcher block type of island.
A stylish dining area with gorgeous views to the pond in the back yard.

Need some time to relax? Kick back in a comfy green couch among a crowd of plants that give a peaceful and natural vibe.
We have several board games for the group to enjoy or a big screen TV to watch your favorite movie or show. The entire space is open concept with natural light that keep the plants alive (so don't forget to leave the blinds open during the day!)
Once you finally make it up to the 3rd floor, you'll find all three bedrooms ready for you and the group.

Bedrooms:
The Master bedroom has the absolute best views of the sunset across the pond, an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. White sheets and natural tones with a black contrast prevail in this space to give you a full relaxing sleep.
The 2nd Bedroom has a warm boho vibe that will be perfect for those looking for a place to retreat after a busy day.
The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds with light strips running around the room. Turn them on and change the light colors, or download the app for put on your own light show. Have kids joining on the trip? They will enjoy the lights plus an included wooden rocking horse!
A laundry space is also in the third floor with a starter pack of detergent, a steamer, and an iron, if needed.

Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire home! - well almost. The garage is used for storage for all of our properties (check them out by clicking our VRBO profile!), so that will be locked during your stay.

Other things to note
The backyard is not gated and there is a pond just beyond the tree line, so keep an eye out on little ones!
