Whether you're gathering with family, reconnecting as a couple, enjoying a fishing trip, or simply needing space to slow down, this cozy cabin offers a place to rest, laugh, and soak in the beauty of northern Michigan. At 650 square feet, the cabin is thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and functional. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom (shower only), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays. The cabin comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests, making it perfect for families, small groups, or multi-generational getaways. There is also generous parking available for vehicles, trailers, or ORVs. One of the favorite gathering spots is the large screened-in porch — ideal for peaceful mornings with coffee, afternoon board games, or winding down in the evening as the lake quiets. It’s the kind of space that invites conversation and connection. Step outside and you’re just feet from the water. The property includes a private dock and swim platform, perfect for swimming, lounging, or launching your next lake adventure. Bring your fishing poles — Perch Lake is wonderful for relaxed dock fishing and family fishing memories. The calm waters are also ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking, offering quiet morning paddles and playful afternoons in the sun. As evening approaches, the west-facing view becomes something truly special. The cabin offers front-row seats to stunning sunsets that stretch across the lake in shades of gold, pink, and deep orange. Whether you're sitting on the dock, gathered around the fire pit, or relaxing on the porch, sunset here is an experience you won’t forget. For those wanting a little more activity, the public beach is just a few feet away if you’d like to interact with locals or enjoy a more social lake day. The surrounding area also offers walking trails, ORV-friendly routes, and peaceful roads for biking. Nature is all around — from loons on the lake to star-filled skies at night. There’s even space near the shoreline to pitch a tent if you want to give the kids (or the adventurous adults) a classic “Up North” camping experience.
