Welcome to your stay at Samsara Tulum — a peaceful jungle retreat designed for comfort, space, and connection with nature. The property features lush green surroundings, a shared pool, gym, and lounge areas, offering a calm escape while still being close to Tulum’s beaches and town.

Our trusted concierge partner can assist with extras such as airport transfers, private chefs, in-home massages, birthday surprises, beach club reservations, and tours. Please note: These services are provided by a third party and are not affiliated with your Airbnb booking, so we kindly ask that you don’t mention them in your review.

You’ll be staying in a prime location between La Veleta and Aldea Zama, giving you the best of both worlds: walkable access to cafés, restaurants, and yoga studios, plus quick routes to downtown and the beach.

⭐ Heads-up:
• Samsara is located in a tranquil jungle area, about an 8-minute drive to the beach and a short drive to town. A car or bike is highly recommended.
• Shared amenities (pool, gym, shuttle service) are managed by the building and may occasionally close for maintenance.
• Tulum is a developing town, and brief power outages can occur. They’re usually resolved quickly, and we’ll assist if one happens.
• Wi-Fi is generally reliable; if you notice any issues, please let us know so we can help promptly.
• Water pressure and temperature may fluctuate at times — this is normal in the area.
• Despite regular cleaning and fumigation, insects may occasionally appear due to the surrounding jungle environment.

Shuttle Schedule:

• From Arena to Samsara: 12:45 PM & 5:15 PM

➡️ Arrival & Access
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

➡️ Utilities & Services
• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.
• Our unit contains a digital inventory—missing or damaged items may result in replacement charges.

➡️ Restricted Areas & On-Site Policies
• Private or storage areas are off-limits.
• If your building has security or a front desk, please follow their instructions. Each complex has its own set of rules, which we don’t personally create. If you're unsure about anything, check with the front desk or feel free to ask us directly—we’re happy to clarify.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO SAMSARA TULUM

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

2. Drive South on Highway 307
Continue for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (about 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic.
You’ll pass Playa del Carmen and a few smaller towns.

3. Approach Tulum
As you enter town, look for the main intersection with a Super Aki supermarket on the corner. Turn left onto Avenida Coba.

4. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1.2 km down Avenida Coba. After passing the police station, slow down and turn left then continue for another 550m, turn left again and Samsara will appear on your right side.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue for about 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the main intersection with the Super Aki supermarket, turn right onto Avenida Coba.

3. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1.2 km down Avenida Coba. After passing the police station, slow down and turn left then continue for another 550m, turn left again and Samsara will appear on your right side.

Traffic Conditions:
The highway can get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons or weekends. Allow extra travel time.

Speed Bumps (Topes):
Watch for speed bumps on local roads—they’re common and often unmarked.
