A $150 cleaning fee applies if unusual odors are left behind (e.g. smoke, food, chemicals).

Food:
Please do not leave open or unfinished food. Only sealed, non-perishable items may be left behind for donation or future guests.

Towels & Sheets:
At the end of your stay, please place used towels and sheets in the laundry area.

No Garbage in the Sink:
Dispose of trash in the provided bins. Do not throw food, grease, or trash down the kitchen sink.

Toilets:
Only toilet paper should be flushed. Please use bathroom bins for other items (e.g. wipes, towels).

Report Issues:
Notify us immediately if any appliance isn’t working or if there is a leak or other problem.

Accidents:
Please inform us if any accidents occur (damage, injury, etc.) during your stay, so we can file any necessary claims.

Inventory Check:
An inventory list is available. Any damages or missing items discovered will incur a fee charged through Airbnb.

Long Stays (Over 3 Days):

Please keep doors and windows closed while using the A/C to prevent damage.

No Extra Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed. No additional visitors without prior approval.
