- Parking is not provided with your booking. There are many paid parking lots near the complex on Capitol Hill that charge varying pricing depending on your budget. We do not give recommendations on where to park.
- This condo is located in Capitol Hill, so some street noise is to be expected.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
- While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
