-Second floor: Master suite with queen bed, sitting area, balcony with chaise lounges facing the river. Master bathroom with double sink &vanity, and luxurious shower enclosure.

-CAUTION!! Water is more shallow at end of pier than you might expect.

Closet in first floor bedroom/office, under-stairs storage closet and 1 of the 2 closets in master bedroom are for owner's use only.

Minimum age to book our home is 25-please respect this guideline.

We have very good relationships with our neighbors and cleaners and will be asking them for honest feedback on how our guests treat our property.
