This property is the combination of 2 villas located side by side: Villa Cheryl (7 bedrooms) & Villa Paraiso (8 bedrooms), and includes a private chef, a butler, housekeepers, and an on-site villa manager.
During your stay at Buganvilla Mansion, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. LOCATION:
Buganvilla Mansion is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa has beautiful views of the lake and holes 7/8 (Buganvilla) at Cocotal golf course. The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.
Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.
The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.
Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP Inclusion: Enjoy access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum US$25 per-person consumption, paid in advance via secure link and given back as a food & beverage credit (non-refundable). Outside food/drinks are not allowed. Reservations depend on availability and must be made early. Food & beverages are not included in the villa rental. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

VILLA STAFF:
Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

All outside guests must be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests. The villa has security cameras by the front door and on the sides of the property.
