Whether you’re here for relaxation, work, or just to unwind. Our spacious self-check-in mansion is the perfect home base for families and groups . Located just 6 minutes from the iconic Las Vegas Strip and 10 minutes from the airport , you’ll enjoy unbeatable convenience while having the privacy and comfort of a full property to yourself. However, we are sorry this is not a party house.

The space
- Private pool in the backyard. Pool maintenance is scheduled on every Saturday but may be on property on other days too if needed. Please don't be alarmed if you see pool guy in backyard.

-The Pool heater requires extra fee of $150/day; need to pay entire number of night in reservation and a 48 hours notice is required (pool or spa will cost the same fee). Pool heater is NOT available in the winter as the weather is too cold for the heater to keep up

-This Home offers: 13 beds, and 8 TVs throughout the house including 1 outside TV. You definitely will Enjoy the slate pool table or playing cards at the Poker table in our spacious living room.

-The backyard is a perfect spot to play as well, with the huge private infinity pool & Spa, and 2 custom-built large covered outdoor patios! Relax or dine in style outside. The backyard is also built for entertainment including beautiful fire pit lounge, and 5-hole mini golf course, and pickle ball/basket ball court.

-The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, assorted stemware, and much much more!

-This home was furnished with our guests' needs, comforts, and fun in mind! Enjoy this one-of-a-kind city, in this one-of-a-kind home!

Upstairs
Room 1 (master bedroom): 1 king + day bed (2 twin) + sofa
Room 2: 1 king
Room 3: 1 queen + bunk bed (twin over twin)
Room 4: 1 queen + bunk bed (twin over twin)
Downstair:
Room 5: 1 queen + 2 rollaway beds (twin) per requested

Guest access
Easy Access & Parking
Guests will have full private access to the entire mansion with easy self check-in for ultimate flexibility. Free parking is available on the property. We use the garage as a storage but you can fit 1-2 cars inside. Please do let us know if you need to park inside the garage.

Other things to note

*) If you want to use the grill, you will have to clean it yourself first. You will need to refill the propane if it is empty

* For windy day, outside furniture & pool may be dusty. We will try our best to make them clean but please understand that they may get dusty quickly or fall off the chairs.

*) BBQ grill is free to use but you may have to clean up before use or refill the propane if it’s empty

(We try to minize the cleaning fee for our customers. We charge only $350 for cleaning fee while other charge $400 or more. If you want, We can send another cleaning crew to get BBQ grill ready and refill the propane if needed and double clean the outdoor furniture. But it will cost $150 more)
