This is a private 2 bed / 1 bath standalone house on a shared riverfront property.

The riverfront home (occupied by long term tenants)
This 2BR home
An identical 2BR home next door (also available to rent)
Each rental home is fully private and separate. You have your own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
The river and boat ramp area are shared among the homes.
Christie (that’s me!) is your primary contact for anything you need. There is a long term tenant living onsite in the riverfront home but they respect guest privacy.
Perfect for Groups
Traveling with friends or extended family?
The identical 2BR home next door can also be booked (when available), allowing up to 8 guests total across both houses while still having private spaces.
This is not a crowded resort.
It’s a peaceful river landing.
Future Improvements (Full Transparency)
We are currently in the beginning stages of building an additional unit on another section of the property. Construction may be visible depending on timing.
There are no late-night disturbances, and we will always communicate if active construction may impact your stay.

Pets are not allowed at this property.
The property owner has three friendly dogs that live onsite and may occasionally wander through the property. These dogs are accustomed to the land and typically keep to themselves.
If traveling with a service animal, we appreciate advance notice so our team can properly prepare the home.
Parking
The property sits on a large gated parcel with multiple homes connected by a private driveway that functions like a small internal road.
• Please park only in the designated area for your unit
• Do not block driveways or access routes
• Boats and trailers are allowed but must remain in your parking area
• Unit #3 includes RV hookups and additional parking
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum during this time and move outdoor conversations or activities indoors.
Events / Parties
Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Shared Property
This property sits on a large gated parcel with multiple homes. A long-term tenant lives in a separate home on the property and may occasionally be seen coming and going.
Please contact management only if you need assistance during your stay.
River Access
Guests are welcome to walk to the river and fish from the bank at their own risk.
• Please bring your own fishing gear
• Children must be supervised near the water
• Swimming is not recommended due to river currents
The boat ramp may also be used by guests connected to the property.
Outdoor Areas
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property and walk to the river.
However, some areas of the land are used for equipment storage and recreational use, including a dirt bike track. Please avoid entering those areas unless approved by management.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
If smoking outdoors, please stay at least 25 feet from doors or windows and dispose of all materials properly.
Trash
Please bag all trash and place it in the designated bins on the property. If you are unsure where trash should go, please message us and we will gladly help.
Safety
Use of the river, boat ramp, and outdoor areas is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
