Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, this welcoming space is perfect for relaxing and feeling at home during your stay. With convenient on-premises parking and everything you need to settle in. Arriving and getting comfortable is simple and stress-free.

The Space
-Bedroom – Settle into a spacious large Master bedroom with a cozy King bed, plenty of storage, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding and getting a great night’s sleep.
- Washer & Dryer – An in-unit washer and dryer is available for your convenience, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.
-Living Room – A comfortable sofa, and single reclining chair where you may stream your favorite shows on the 50 inch Smart TV.
-Kitchen – The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to brew your morning coffee or prepare a simple home-cooked meal. A "L shaped " large desk sits where sun beams stream for you to work and soak up your vitamin D.
-Bathroom – Clean, and thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries to help you settle in comfortably.
-2 Smart TVs – Enjoy easy streaming in both the living room and bedroom, so you can relax however you like.
-Pool Access – Cool off with a refreshing dip in the shared pool, a great way to relax during warm desert days.

Mesa Good Vibes is ground level with no stairs, making it easy to come and go. You’ll also have safe, convenient on-premises, covered parking

Pool Access
Grab the large gold key marked #137 / Pool on a blue belt ring — hanging on the hook just inside the front entrance.
Clip it or bag it — keeps your hands free!
Unlock the gate — a little wiggle and it'll click open!
Keep the key with you — you'll need it to exit too!

- Please return the key to its hook as soon as you're done
— this key is one of a kind and very important to it in its place for the next stay!

Other things to note
• Follow quiet hours 7:00am-9:00pm
• Be mindful of others living in the area
• No fireworks/explosives
• Late check out fee ($75 every 30 minutes past 11am)
• Be respectful of the property, apartment and neighbors
• Leave things the way you found it
• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 9 pm.
• No use of smoking (Cigarettes or marijuana) or other drugs anytime anywhere inside our property ($1000 Smoking fee).
You may smoke OUTSIDE with the apartment door CLOSED:)

★ Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Your reservation may be canceled immediately, or you will be charged a $75 fee.

★ No Parties or Loud Gatherings. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and a $1,000 fine.

★ Registered Guests Only. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Undeclared guests will be charged $50 per person per night.

★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay or responsible for any items left behind.

★ The security system which includes the camera and smoke detector as well as the WiFi equipment are there for your safety and comfort, tampering with or disabling the security system and those items is a violation of house rules and will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation.
