Enter through the front door or spacious two-car garage into a welcoming foyer that offers a beautiful view of the lush backyard oasis. For added convenience, the home features an elevator accessible from the ground level, making it easy to reach every floor.

Head upstairs to the first main level where a bright open-concept living space awaits. The comfortable living room features a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

To the right, you’ll find a large fully stocked kitchen with a five-burner stovetop, plenty of counter space, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The nearby dining area comfortably seats six, with two additional chairs available for extra guests. A convenient half bath is located just off the living space.
