Relaxing 3-bedroom log cabin in Morgan, TX - five minute drive to Lake Whitney!

Guests are a five minute drive away from boating, fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach at Lake Whitney, one of Texas' top lakes. Drive a little further and you are ten minutes away from Morgan Lakeside Park and Cedron Creek Park, which provide boat ramps, swimming and hiking trails.

For those who want a little less nature, the cabin has plenty of seating and a full kitchen if you'd rather stay in and relax. Nearby Clifton and Whitney have restaurants for dining and shops for perusing.

As you arrive, you'll see the circular driveway which has plenty of parking for cars and boats. The wrap around porch invites you to relax with your coffee or tea while the sun rises and the deer wander through the property. There is a small, fenced area in the backyard to keep pets and kids contained, while the full three (3) acre property offers open views and space.

The great room serves as the center of the cabin, with log walls and a beautiful stone fireplace. The space has an open layout with eclectic furniture sourced from second hand stores and local estate sales. The dining room table is an old wooden door, and the kitchen features new appliances, kitchen essentials, and a well-stocked coffee and tea bar.

The half bath doubles as a laundry room, and contains a brand new full size washer dryer.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed and a private bathroom. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and is across from the half bath. The upstairs loft has plenty of space with another queen bed and a full bathroom (shower/tub combo).
