SLEEPING & BATHROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed with private bathroom featuring walk-in shower, plus TV and dresser storage.
- Guest Bedroom 1: Two (2) twin beds, closet and an office desk
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet and extra linens
- Guest Hallway Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a lovely bright skylight

KITCHEN: Enjoy the brand new and fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all the amenities. A coffee bar station is setup with a Keurig coffee machine and a variety of coffee pods, sugar and a starter pack of creamers stocked to ensure you can get your morning coffee fix!

Dining table with seating for 6 is perfect for family meals.

Relax in the lanai / dining room area with a beautiful and bright view of the pool deck!

LAUNDRY ROOM: A spacious laundry room with free access to full-size washer and dryer, including a starter pack of laundry pods for your convenience. For our horse friends, a saddle rack is also conveniently installed in the laundry room plus a large storage closet can keep all your tack easily accessible during your stay! Laundry room also has a utility sink for clean-up.

POOL / OUTDOOR AREAS:
Enjoy a fully screened pool, essential to enjoy bug free hot Florida days!! An outdoor BBQ propane grill is also available.

Pool is not heated. Think "cold plunge" in the winter months. :-)

**IMPORTANT POOL SAFETY & SECURITY NOTE: The pool DOES NOT have a child-safety screen or fencing around the pool. Guests traveling with children must take all necessary precautions for pool safety. A child-safety door latch is installed on door from home into the pool area.

Backyard is fully fenced with a wood privacy fencing. (storage sheds are unoccupied and locked for guest safety)

Front yard is also fully fenced with chain-link fence.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to all areas of the home and outdoor spaces. Please note, the converted garage and backyard storage sheds are not available for guest access. These areas are secured for owner storage of cleaning and utility supplies.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Pet friendly, low daily pet fee of $10 per pet. (we just ask please no pets on the furniture!)

Home includes all the amenities and comforts for your stay. If you need something during your stay that we don't already have, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible.

We provide initial supplies upon your check-in: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, a handful of dishwasher pods, additional trash bags, a handful of laundry pods, and a supply of dog poop bags. You are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed for your stay.


We are horse people! Driveway can accommodate a small horse trailer. Additional horse-owner resources are available nearby, we can provide recommendations. Please ask, we are happy to help.
