The Space

Asgard Landing is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the Hawk Ridge community of Mesquite. The layout is designed for comfort and functionality, making it well suited for golf trips, extended stays, or family getaways.

The living area offers comfortable seating and a dedicated entertainment space, with an easy flow into the dining area and kitchen. Natural light throughout the unit creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The condo features three bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable bedding and storage for personal belongings. There are two full bathrooms total. One bathroom is en suite to a bedroom, and both bathrooms include tub/shower combination setups.

Additional features include TVs in the living area, primary bedroom and second bedroom with basic cable access.

The dining area is suitable for meals, games, or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, and both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. Coffee is not provided.

A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for guest use.

Important Access Note: This condo requires stair access to the front door. There is no elevator.

Community Amenities

Guests have access to community amenities during their stay. Pool access is provided via a pool fob, which will be located inside the unit upon arrival. Availability, hours, and access are subject to community rules and seasonal conditions.

Parking

Free onsite parking is included.
The unit includes one assigned covered parking space. Secondary vehicles may park in uncovered guest parking spaces and do not require a parking pass.

The parking pass for the assigned covered space will be located inside the unit upon arrival.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly property with a maximum of two pets. Pet fees apply. Guests are required to pick up after their pets at all times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine. Contact the office at 702-345-5100 to register your pet for your stay.

Complimentary Activities (Stays of 27 Days or Less)

Reservations of 27 days or fewer include access to complimentary local activities, which may include golf, e-bike rentals, and other curated experiences. Details and redemption instructions will be provided after booking.

Cleaning Information

A standard cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
Monthly stays incur a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning rate.

Asgard Landing is located in the Hawk Ridge area of Mesquite, just minutes from championship golf courses, casinos, dining, and shopping. The property is approximately one hour from Las Vegas and about 35 miles from St. George, Utah.

Popular day-trip destinations include Zion National Park, the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and other regional attractions.

Hawk Ridge offers a well-maintained residential setting while still providing convenient access to everything Mesquite has to offer.
