Continuing upstairs, you’ll find a bright living room and kitchen with an open layout. A deck is located just off the living room, providing additional outdoor space. Behind the kitchen is the fourth bedroom and a full bathroom with access from both the kitchen and the bedroom. On the ground level, there is a garage that includes four beach chairs and one bike for tenant use, along with an extra refrigerator and plenty of storage space. This level also features a newly renovated bonus room with a half bathroom. (please note rental for 5/30/26 - 6/6/26 & 6/6/26 - 6/13/26 will NOT include the bonus room. For these weeks will sleep 11 with 2 full baths)
