Das Crosswinds Beach House ist ein wunderschönes Haus in der Gemeinde Lakeside am Blue Mountain Beach. Angrenzend an Redfish Village an der landschaftlich reizvollen Autobahn 30A, ist diese Liegenschaft nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad entfernt (Fahrräder im Mietpreis inbegriffen) zum klaren Wasser und den unberührten weißen Sandstränden von Floridas Smaragdküste. Der Blue Mountain Beach Zugang verfügt über Parkplätze und Toiletten für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Crosswinds liegt in der Nähe der Gemeinden Seaside, WaterColor und Grayton Beach.

Ein landschaftlich gestalteter Fußweg verbindet diese private Gemeinschaft mit den Geschäften im Redfish Village, die Restaurants, Boutiquen und Cafés umfassen. Lakeside bei Blue Mountain ist eine sehr ruhige und freundliche Gegend mit viel Privatsphäre für Ihre Familie und Gäste. Lust nicht zum Strand zu gehen? Eine Gourmet-Küche mit Kirschschränken und Granit-Arbeitsplatten verfügt über eine Essbar und einen separaten Esstisch für große Familien. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Queensize-Sofa mit einem großen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Für den Grillmeister in der Familie befindet sich ein Gasgrill direkt neben der Küche.

Die Schlafbereiche im Crosswinds Beach House lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die zweite Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, eigenem Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Glas-und Travertin Caesar Dusche. Zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queen-Size-Betten mit 39-Zoll-Flachbild-TVs. Ein Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Ein in Lanai auf der oberen Ebene geschirmt ist der perfekte Ort, um einen späten Nachmittag Mittagsschlaf zu genießen, oder ein Ort, um mit der Familie rumhängen. Wenn Sie ein Sonnenanbeter sind, können Sie auf dem Oberdeck entspannen und müssen nie das Haus verlassen. Wir haben keine Kosten gespart, um das Crosswinds Beach House zu einem Strandurlaub zu machen! We have returned to vacation at Crosswinds so many times, we have lost track of the number of years. We will return next year because it is the absolute best home away from home for our 30-A vacation. Neil and Elizabeth are amazing hosts. They have devoted considerable attention to the finest details to ensure Crosswinds is the best ever, and we have truly enjoyed the nice upgrades each year. The house is always impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked (kitchen, towels and beach supplies), and perfect for one or multiple families. The location is perfect for a restful vacation minutes from the beach, Seaside, Grayton Beach, great restaurants and Blue Mountain Creamery. We look forward to our 2025 Crosswinda vacation.

Wonderful Time on Blue Mountain Beach

Our multi-generational family had a great time staying at Neil and Elizabeth's beach house. The house was well-stocked and comfortable. We especially loved the books and games available for lazy afternoons after a beach morning. Blue Mountain Beach is the perfect 30a beach-close to amenities but without all the hustle and bustle of some of the more crowded towns. Would love to stay again!

Will Book Crosswinds again!

Crosswinds is our favorite 30-A vacation destination, and Neil and Elizabeth are the best ever hosts. Very attentive and responsive. The welcome gift, which includes a bottle of wine, beach bucket, sunblock, Goldfish snacks, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, baseball cap, coffee, and beach tote is a nice touch. The house has four sizable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample seating, but if you prefer eating out, Red Fish Taco is next door to the subdivision. Bicycles, beach umbrellas and chairs are provided. Beach access is a short walk and even shorter bike ride. The location is near a Publix grocery store, ice cream shop, organic market, bakery, and breakfast spots. If you are looking for a worry-free and relaxing vacation, Crosswinds will exceed your expectations.

Amazing!

The house is amazing for so many reasons. It is in a great location, spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. It has a well-stocked kitchen, 5 bicycles, beach gear and 4 outdoor relaxation spots with a cozy front porch, screened in upstairs deck, front deck adjacent to the main bedroom, and patio table and grill in the back. The outdoor shower and covered parking are added bonuses. The house is a short walk to the beach and a nice pool is in the neighborhood. Neil and Elizabeth are outstanding and communicative. Crosswinds has been our beach destination for several years, and we have already booked our vacation for next year.

This pristine house has everything that makes it an amazing beach vacation destination. Great location, close proximity to the beach and pool, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple bikes (various sizes), selection of games, fully stocked bookshelf, plenty of high quality towels and linens, propane gas grill, outdoor gathering spaces (family room, two seconds floor decks, front porch, backyard patio for outdoor dining), and outdoor beach shower. We have returned multiple times and this lovely house remains our “go to” beach destination. The owners are very responsive and they left a generous welcome gift, which we appreciated receiving.

Labor Day Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Crosswinds. The house was clean and in great condition with fun decorations (be sure to look above all of the doorframes). The owners were fast and responsive when answering our questions. While the beach is a short walk away we really appreciated the access to beach equipment and bikes to help us have an enjoyable time. We will definitely look at Crosswinds again for future stays in this area.

House is beautiful it was very clean and well appointed We were able to have a dinner party for 14 people and had everything we needed. I especially liked the personal touches like.a gift basket with very useful items. They beds and linens were very good. Crosswinds is a beautiful and comfortable home for a family vacation. The location is a convenient short walk or bike ride to the beach, Blue Mountain Ice Cream, and community pool. Although it has a fully equipped kitchen, it is located near lots of great restaurants. We will return!

Perfect location close to beach and shops with community pool. Perfect Property in Blue Mountain Beach!

We had the best week staying at Crosswinds Beach House! The home was immaculately clean, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed both walking and biking to the beach-and a big Thank You to the owners for providing bikes !! The kids were thrilled by this!! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch, and this home had plenty of room and porch space for everyone to spread out. We were close by to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and my daughter and I even enjoyed a girls afternoon at the nail spa just within walking distance from the home. Thank you Neil for being available with any questions we had, and allowing us to enjoy a wonderful vacation in your property!!

Great family vacation

This was a perfect place for a family vacation and even during Spring Break. The area is low key and very calm and quiet and close to everything. Wonderful house - would stay again.

Stayed for a week with children and grandchildren. The open floor plan of the house makes it easy to all be together while the four deck/porch spaces provide plenty of options for quiet interludes. (The front porch swing was a favorite for me and the two grandkids.) The beaches are beautiful and the owners provide chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and more. There are lots of games, DVDs, books and bikes to keep you occupied if the white sand beaches aren't your thing. Also, owners were quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend Crosswinds.

Quiet and secluded.

We loved staying at this beautiful home for the month of February. Even though the month was cold and dark, the home was very comfortable and cozy. It's a short two block walk to the beach. We had a total of 4 beach days when the sun came out and it was warm enough to walk on the beach. Very clean and roomy. Quiet neighborhood even though there are many new homes under construction close by. We would rent again if it worked out. Fast internet. The owners were very responsive when the TV suddenly stopped working. Very nice in every way.
