Summary:

Welcome to your next vacation spot! This pool side condo is located in a highly desired golf area in Myrtle Beach! It is a peaceful complex located approximately 2-3 miles from our beautiful beach! You will enjoy spending your vacation surrounded by greens, while only being a short drive away from all of the attractions our area has to offer.



Minimum booking age: 25



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 3rd floor unit. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, keurig coffee maker along with drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more!



Family room: Enjoy the open concept with plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa. Pool views!



Bedroom 1: King bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2 and hallway.



Balcony: Nice seating area to enjoy the fresh air and pool views.



Pools: There are several unheated pools around the complex pond that are open year round.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the highly recognized nearby golf courses (extra fees apply).

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



Routine pest control happens every 1st Friday of January, April, July, & October. The HOA requires the technician be granted entrance to complete the treatment.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy their vacation but will be available through the booking platform should you need us!
