Oasis Stay at Myrtlewood, Pet Friendly 2BR Retreat

Summary:

Welcome to a comfortable pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor in the beautiful Myrtlewood community in Myrtle Beach. This spacious condo is the perfect place for families, couples, golfers, and travelers who want to bring their furry companions along for the trip.

The apartment offers a bright and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area.



The Space:

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the second floor (must climb stairs),

Very comfortable condo. Bedrooms are with 1 King bed and 1 queen bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room.

Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*6 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.



Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.
