You canât get a much better location than this spacious 2BR/1BA unit overlooking the beautiful Mars Hill Univ campu, Duck Greenway, and Mars Hill Disc Golf course. Just stroll down the hill via the sidewalk and youâll be there â or just a 1/2 mile walk to âMayberry-likeâ downtown with shops, galleries, dining. Bailey Preserve is also just over a mile away to experience even more nature. Mars Hill Recreation Park/Pool is 1.2 miles away. Just 20 minutes to Asheville.
This large unit is 1200 sq feet is on the lower back terrace level of a 2 unit dwelling, offering outdoor privacy and serenity. It has been updated and refreshed for a comfortable stay. Note that this is not luxury finishes, but rather, a ârealâ relaxed feel with simplicity that still meets all your daily needs. It has LVP and tile flooring throughout. Each bedroom has comfortable queen pillowtop mattress. Kitchen includes stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and small microwave, along with basic dishes and cookware.
Outdoors, you will enjoy a covered patio and a huge private wooded and fenced backyard. Your dog may be welcome, with prior approval and pet fee.
