The pool heating system uses a significant amount of natural gas, so activating it incurs a daily fee of $150 (plus tax). This fee will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!
Maintenance:
For your convenience, our pool technician visits weekly to keep the pool clean. The landscaper services the property every Thursday, and trash is collected on Thursday mornings with walk-up service. These visits are scheduled to maintain the property while minimizing any disruption to your stay.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Guests may park on the driveway, directly in front of the house, or across the street. Please do not park in front of neighbors` houses. The garage is not available for guest parking.
