In regards to parking, we do have space for loading and unloading in front of the property, however no 'day' or 'overnight' parking - parking is a challenge and expensive throughout Waikiki. Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
