Start your morning upstairs on the private balcony off the King bedroom. Coffee in hand, you’ll look out across the marsh as it opens into wide bay views, boats drifting in the distance and birds gliding overhead. Downstairs, the living room’s warm yellow accents echo the coastal sunshine, creating a cheerful space where stories from the day’s adventures are shared and plans for tomorrow are made.



The spacious deck off the main living area becomes your evening gathering spot. String lights glow overhead while dinner is served at the outdoor table, the sky turning pink and gold as the sun dips beyond the water. It’s easy to lose track of time here.

Then return home to your quieter marshfront retreat — away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy it all.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and private balcony access — a peaceful place to unwind after a long day in the sun. The secondary bedroom is ideal for families, featuring a Queen bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms upstairs make mornings easy for the entire family.

From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Bayside living sometimes brings shifting weather, natural marsh wildlife, or nearby town activity. Our homes are treated regularly, but the surrounding nature is part of the area’s coastal charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team responds promptly to resolve issues with as little disruption as possible.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City noise ordinances apply. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
