In an effort to keep costs down for the guests, the linen and towel fee is not automatically included, we give the guests the option to rent them from the cleaning company or bring your own.

The cost to rent at this property is $200 total - beds will have new mattress protectors, pillows and comforters. The rental package includes fitted and top sheet, pillowcases, towels, hand towels and wash cloths.

Guest access-

Guests access the main security gate via the internal system whereby the guest is added to the homes rental list. You will then be prompted to enter the internal community called the Veranda, where this home is located.

Furthermore, access to the home is via a smart lock keypad on the front door, no keys needed.

Smart lock codes will be given out the morning of your arrival. In addition, guests will have access to the garage through the inside of the home.

****Amenities in the Peninsula community are not available to guests on Saturdays, as this is typically a turnover day. We like to inform guests in advance so you can plan to enjoy an offsite activity that day!
