Perched above the Jordanelle Valley in Hideout, this home places you just minutes from the brand-new Deer Valley East Village—a major gateway to skiing, dining, and year-round mountain experiences. You’re also a short drive from Park City Mountain, Historic Main Street’s restaurants and nightlife, and the shores of Jordanelle Reservoir for boating and paddleboarding in the warmer months. It’s the perfect balance: close to everything, yet peacefully removed from the crowds.
Inside, the open-concept layout is bright, spacious, and designed for gathering. Expansive windows frame sweeping mountain views, while the living area offers plush seating for slow mornings and cozy evenings after a day on the slopes or trails. The chef’s kitchen features premium appliances and generous counter space, flowing seamlessly into a statement dining area that invites lingering meals and easy conversation—without feeling limited by a set headcount.
Step onto the balcony to take in the crisp alpine air, gather around the firepit at dusk, or sink into the private hot tub under a sky full of stars. For a little friendly competition, head to the game room—stocked with tons of board games, puzzles, and a Nintendo Switch—making it just as fun to stay in as it is to explore. A premium ping-pong table adds even more energy to your evenings.
This four-bedroom layout—including a loft—comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The primary suite offers a king bed, spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed and private ensuite with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin-over-twin bunk, sleeping six and ideal for kids or larger groups. Up in the loft, a king sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests, offering flexible space for families or friends traveling together. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and an additional half bath provide added convenience for busy mornings.
The garage is thoughtfully equipped with a boot and glove dryer/warmer—an essential after powder days at Deer Valley—so everyone starts the next morning warm, dry, and ready to go. An in-home washer and dryer, ample storage, and smart design details throughout make extended stays seamless.

- The property accommodates up to 3 vehicles between the garage and driveway. Additional guest parking spaces are available next to the unit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
