Guests have private access to the lower-level suite through a separate entrance at the back of the home (down the exterior stairs) with secure keyless self check-in.

The upstairs unit is completely separate and secured by a locked door. It may be occupied during your stay. There are no shared interior spaces.

Parking is available in the gravel area in front of the home. Please use one designated space and leave room for the guest staying in the upstairs unit.

This is a private lower-level suite within a home. Some sound transfer from the upstairs unit should be expected when occupied.

The entrance is located at the back of the home via exterior stairs.
