This turnkey, BOARDWALK FRONT custom home offers breathtaking ocean views and luxury designs & features throughout. With 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there's room for everyone to spread out and settle in. The open floor plan is designed for gathering, featuring a stunning wall of windows that fills the home with natural light and frames the ocean beyond.

Step outside to multiple levels of expansive decking, perfect for sunrise coffee, afternoon lounging, and evening cocktails with the sound of the waves in the background.
The fully finished walkout lower level includes a private entrance, full bath, flexible living space, and two additional rooms - ideal for guests, teens, or anyone who wants a little extra privacy.

Overlooking the sand and boardwalk, you're moments from the rides, arcade, and family fun at Jenkinson's Boardwalk, plus front row seats to the famous Thursday night fireworks. Literally everything the beach has to offer right outside the front door!

Bed linens, beach chairs, and towels are included for your convenience. 1 car parking nearby + 5 overnight street parking permits provided, and 8 badges to the beach included! Pets will be considered on case by case basis!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
