This stylish one-level apartment on the third floor blends comfort, design, and an unbeatable location for up to four guests.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious closet, and direct connection to the living room with Smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can step out onto a balcony with beautiful views of the green park. The bathroom is shared with the secondary bedroom.
The second private bedroom, with its own door, offers a double bed, a closet and a Smart TV.

Each bedroom includes a ventilation fan, closet, and blackout curtains for restful nights. For added convenience, the loft also comes with an iron and ironing board.


The apartment is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit to make your arrival more comfortable. This kit includes:
