Welcome the "Boho Casita" — your stylish and relaxing home away from home! It's newly built with brand new designer furniture and features mountain views from the bedroom windows. You will have the entire one bedroom guest house to yourself :)
The home is conveniently located in the heart of Summerlin — 10 minutes from Red Rock Canyon, 10 minutes from Downtown Summerlin, 10 minutes from the Ballpark, 20-25 minutes to the Strip and Airport. It is walking distance to multiple parks and trails!
The guesthouse is on the first floor and it shares a wall to the main house (garage and hallway).
However, it is completely private with keyless entrance — it has it's own entrance, living room, dining area, laundry (washer & dryer), pantry, Kitchenette (NO Stove), bedroom (with mountain views) and bathroom.
