All guests shall abide by the good neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. The Community Center and golf course is not available to guests.
Please note: Verkada Pass access is no longer available for guests. The HOA has restricted access to the community clubhouse, amenities, and golf course — these are now limited to private members only.

Beautiful place great location

we were there for a golf tournament and the location was awesome. Walking distance to the clubhouse the homeless, beautiful and met all of our expectations. Will definitely stay there again.

Family ski trip

Gorgeous home nestled in the pines, great view of the golf course. Very conveniently located across the street from community center and park area for children. Gym was very well equipped. Very peaceful and quiet community. Would definitely return!

Paid for a golf course community and access got an overpriced house with no access to golf and was told by Vacasa well there are public courses in the area No resolution from Vacasa Never again will we use this company

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, very clean, very convenient every bedroom had its own restroom It’s a very nice community. We have stayed in multiples homes in the Flagstaff Ranch and this home was our favorite The only complain is that the Keurig for coffee making does not work. I saw the review from August and contacted them asking if the issue was resolved they only said there was a Keurig at the home. That really did not answer my question so I ended up having to bring my own keurig and my own pods.

Great House in Flagstaff Ranch

The property itself was amazing. It was very clean and a perfect location on the course, just a short walk to the community center with a pool and playground. There were a few challenges, including the dishwasher being broken for the duration of our stay as well as a broken k-cup machine (and lack of any other coffee pot). While communication with Vacasa was prompt, the only assistance we received was limited to information in the listing. We were told someone from the local office would address the coffee pot situation, but no one ever did. It also would have been nice to be informed that there was a garage door opener in one of the drawers in the kitchen which we didn’t find until the last day. Overall we’d definitely stay at the property again, but hopefully the property managers can make some improvements to bring the guest experience up to par with the home itself.
