Live in the lap of luxury, minutes from downtown Palm Springs eateries and shopping. This upscale home is on the course at Indian Canyons Golf Resort. Spend your days in the sun on a large patio that offers mountain and golf course views from the pool and spa. The nearby E. Palm Canyon Dr. shopping center has various options to please everyone, from steak lovers to vegans. Get active with horseback riding or hiking two miles away. Indian Canyon has a trail that is good for all ages and experience levels. Spend an afternoon at the Palm Springs Art Museum, or support local artists at the local galleries and boutiques.

Outdoor spaces are essential for enjoying all the desert has to offer. Your home is located on the south end, with low winds, so nothing will stop you from lounging by the pool. In the evening, fire up the gas grill on the 1,500-square-foot patio and dine as the sun sets behind the mountains. The pool and spa mean you can go for a late-night dip.

The 2,300-square-foot living space has playful art and colorful accents. Blue kitchen cabinets mingle with pink bar stools for a fun breakfast spot stocked with all the cookware and appliances needed, including a Wusthof 18-piece knife set and a Calphalon Elite Nonstick 15-piece cookware set. Create a cocktail with ample space to mix and serve on white quartz countertops. There is also an outdoor bar with a sink and ice machine.

After a day of fun, retire to your living area. Turn on the 60-inch smart TV or gas fireplace, and kick up your feet around the large sectional.

The primary suite features direct access to a private 550-square-foot patio. The en suite bathroom includes a shower and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedrooms have smart TVs and patio access.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Great Getaway!

Wonderful short getaway with family. The house was very clean and was a good representation of online photos. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable for the 4 of us. The patio/pool area was awesome which is where we spent most of our time. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect, especially the back yard. BBQ, pool with spa, lots of seating, and complete privacy. The house has a great mid-century modern style and decor. The location is great, just a 5 minute drive to downtown.

Much needed get away!

Our experience was stellar! We loved all the comforts of home while still feeling like we were away on vacation. The pool was an absolute dream and all functions easy to use. The home was roomy enough (6 of us) that all of us felt like we had enough privacy. The kitchen was well stocked beyond what we could have ever needed for cooking and hosting. We had an absolute blast, and hope to come back again.

The house has all the kitchen tools you will need during your stay! the house is spacious, couch is comfy, and the beds are amazing. I cant wait to return to this house! Pool area was fun and the side it has side yard to just tan in as well. I was worried about staying in palm spring because the city has so many restrictions but we got lucky and we didn't have anyone in the houses next to us so we didn't have anyone complaining about us.

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property & a great area! We actually just stayed at the place all weekend and didn't venture out. Such a great indoor/outdoor place, tons of space. Beautiful ascetics, the house is fully stocked, the pool & spa were perfect. Ralphs 1 mile down the road & downtown PS is close. Outdoor lighting didnt work, but we made due with pool lights/ indoor lights.

Quite Impressed!

What a wonderful property to stay at, it was just me and my husband looking for some relaxation and down time. The house was amazing, so cute, so much style- really up our alley! The backyard and privacy was just wonderful, the pool, jacuzzi- the landscape- just really kudos to whoever put the thought into everything. We loved every moment there, especially the quiet, and closeness to downtown Palm Springs! Just a short drive down the road. Thank you!!!!! We had an incredibly relaxing time and that was our goal!

Better than expected

Property was better than the photos would suggest. Great neighborhood for walking. Pool was great (once the heat was turned on) and the amenities were as well. A bit disappointed that they don’t have bikes available for use but that was a small negative. Also, the owners didn’t want the A/C set below 74 deg. Something to consider if you like it cooler. We had a great time at this location and would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

This home provided the perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4. The property is in an excellent southwest location. Well maintained home, situated on a corner lot that backs up to a golf course. The neighborhood is also well maintained and very quiet. Easy location to drive to anywhere in the area. The home is clean, well equipped. The pool is excellent (although heating was not quite as comfortable as we'd like - spa was fine though) The backyard layout is perfect and relaxing. Lots of towels, kitchen items. Mattresses are all on the soft side (we prefer firm) but it was not a deal breaker. Communication with property management was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

We LOVE this house!

We rented this house for a friend’s Bday weekend. We’ve stayed here several times before for the location and incredible mountain views. The sunsets are epic. The owners have upgraded the entire pool, spa and back yard with an outdoor bar and ice machine, fire pit, built-in bbq grill and pool/ water fall feature. The hedges are at least 3 feet taller now and new privacy gates have been installed. It feels like a completely private compound now! Oh... and there are new electric awnings covering the entire back patio to provide lots shade. We lived in the back yard our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back.... one of the best properties we’ve found in the Indian Canyons neighborhood. Super chill space with fun art and Palm Springs vibe.

Upon calling for help regarding needing the trash picked up immediately we were told the property management would send someone out right away they never did. So the property was amazing & the pool was great. Had the property management company been more proactive I would have given 4 stars.

What an Amazing Stay!

The home is located in a quiet Palm Springs neighborhood close to town and activities. It is well appointed and tastefully decorated in a contemporary Palm Springs style. My mother was born in England and especially loved the picture of Queen Elizabeth in the living room. We spent most of our time by the pool and spa. This area was very private and relaxing and had amazing mountain views. In the evenings we were able to cook in a nicely equipped kitchen, and enjoy family meals together. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone had their own televisions which suited my family perfectly. Turnkey provided excellent communication to us and made the whole experience very easy! Thank you for a very memorable family reunion!

Reviewer Comments: The house is fabulous and very clean and we had a great stay there.The listing says the bikes in garage are not for guest use but doesn’t mention the float in the picture -we were told by the turnkey rep who came to fix the pool heater that we could use the floats but learned later that the floats are not for guest use -so be sure to bring your own if you are expecting a float. We were disappointed to find that a dog had been in the house because we always look for properties that are pet free (as this one claims to be) because of our daughter’s severe allergies. I think there should be a note about this in the listing to protect those with allergies. We were also disappointed that turnkey representatives came to fix a couple of things without wearing masks (inside the house while we were home).Otherwise everything was great at this house and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with all the amenities! Comfy beds and living room space. Backyard is spacious and pool was nice. We took a vacation with my husband, 2 kids, and both of our parents. It was the perfect spot to relax during the day by the pool, and hang out inside over home cooked meals each night. Beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown and grocery for any needs. Only complaint is there are angry old neighbors who tried to get us sited for something we were not in the wrong for...the backyard opens up to the golf course and of course we would take walks out there when the nights cooled off a bit. They also tried to say we had too many cars on the street but we had 2 cars parked in the allotted driveway and one on the street. And that we were playing loud music (had barely any music on and if it was, was very low during daylight hours at the pool. Totally unnecessary to have to deal with security during our vacation. Even the security said it was outrageous. So I would recommend this for a quiet family getaway but don't rent if you are planning on having and loud/fun friends getaways or I'm sure the angry neighbors will try to get you for something. Definitely for more of a mellow stay (which we enjoyed).
