Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad the unit offered the space and easy access you needed, and we truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness. We’re sorry the balconies didn’t meet your expectations due to the spiders. Lake properties can experience seasonal pest activity, and we understand how disappointing that was—especially since outdoor lake views were an important part of your stay. We wish you had mentioned it earlier during your visit so we could have addressed it right away, as we always aim to resolve issues promptly when we’re notified. We’ve already taken steps to handle this more thoroughly so future guests can fully enjoy the balconies. Thank you again for your honest review—we hope to have the chance to welcome you back under better conditions.

Thank you for staying with us at The Ledges and for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled you loved the spacious layout and the fantastic views from the decks, plus the excellent pools and beach access the community offers. We apologize for the issues with the trash bags — we stock the essential supplies for a night or two. Regarding the spiders and bugs on the decks, that's unfortunately common around the lake this time of year. Our team does regular treatments and cleanings, but we'll increase the frequency and add extra sweeping/wiping of the decks to help keep them more guest-ready. Sorry your husband got bitten — we hate that that impacted your enjoyment of the outdoor space. Your comments are very helpful and we'll act on them right away to improve the experience for future guests. We'd love to host you again and make it perfect next time — feel free to reach out directly anytime!
