This vacation home requires a 7-night minimum stay.

Just steps from one of the 16 pools and 18 jacuzzis, this stylish condo is beautifully decorated and turn-key furnished for your enjoyment and relaxation. You won't need to sacrifice any comforts of home, as this getaway includes a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill, free WiFi, and cable TV. The living area offers comfortable and contemporary furnishings, a 40-inch TV with a DVD player, and a balcony with pool and mountain views to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Be sure to take advantage of the many Palm Springs Mesquite Country Club amenities like the pristine 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, restaurant, cocktail lounge, and clubhouse. With approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this Palm Springs Vacation Villa will be your retreat in the desert.

When you visit this beautiful area of Palm Springs, you will have access to playing golf (reasonable greens fees apply) at Mesquite Country Club and be close to all of the best attractions. Though it will be hard to leave your private oasis, downtown Palm Springs is just three miles away, offering a plethora of local boutiques, museums, restaurants, and casinos that will fill each day with fun. Not to mention, the hiking trails of Mount San Jacinto State Park and Joshua Tree National Park are great places to change up the scenery and enjoy the unique desert landscape.

THINGS TO KNOW
-This home has a minimum seven-night stay.
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.
-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

very relaxing and comfortable stay

The unit was very comfortable, well laid-out and inviting. The views of the mountains and palm trees were stunning. It's in a convenient part of town and the complex has multiple pools - never overcrowded. The people we encountered, whether other vacationers or permanent dwellers were all very friendly. The apartment was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. We were very happy here for the week.

PS to Palm Springs

The unit is in a great location with easy access to downtown Palm Springs and to many shopping areas and restaurants. The furniture is comfortable. There is easy access into and out of the property. The grounds are immaculate and attractive, and the unit is surrounded by palm trees. The property is appealing but needs work performed: sliding glass doors repaired, screens repaired, and blinds repaired. Some towels and linens need to be upgraded.

unacceptable accommodations

not cared for or updated; old, uncomfortable, chairs and seating is sparse, etc. would not recommend as they are many other options in Palm Springs for the money. Way overpriced

Absolutely spotlessly clean !

This unit is well located abs is without question the absolute cleanest accommodations I have ever stayed in ... ever. I would have sworn it was the first guest ... but that wasn’t the case of course. The unit has not been updated and is 90’s vintage BUT everything was so spotless and in good working order there was nothing to really complain about at all. The kitchen is furnished with the basics which was sufficient fir my stay. The TVs are not smart TVs so I purchased a ROKU for $30 so I could watch Netflix and Hulu. Overall my stay went well - again ... KUDOS to whichever cleaning service they use - they did a truly exceptional job.

Could be better

Unit is in an excellent location. Needs some maintenance. Door to balcony off living room does not latch and the handle on the sliding screen door is missing. Two bulbs out in the second bathroom. Floors have been upgraded to hard surfaces - no broom for cleanup. There is a vacuum, but no carpeted areas. Only three chairs on the deck - would be nice to have 4. Screen to deck off spare bedroom is off and the blinds on several windows do not work . Would be nice to have more than 6 wash cloths . The furniture on the deck off the spare bedroom is all rusty. The dishwasher was not functional. Great location, but is in need of some TLC.
