Pool House

Overall the house was fine. I must have missed the language in the description stating that the Master Bedroom Closet would not be available for Guests. The Hot tub worked well as did the non heated pool.

Lovely home nestled in a family friendly neighborhood

My family and I stayed at this property for several months. The home is well maintained, with a spacious layout. The beds and couches throughout the home are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything someone might need to cook and entertain. The backyard has so much to offer with a pool, hot tub and fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which is just what we were looking for! My family really enjoyed the walking access to several neighborhood parks as well as restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to others!

The Good the Bad and the Ugly

The Good The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were nice and clean. The AC worked well. The Bad If you like coffee, bring your own pot or K cups. There is a Keurig machine but no K cups are supplied and there is no coffee pot. We had to make a late night run to the grocery store upon arrival in order to have coffee in the morning. Come on owners...a Mr. Coffee is like 20 bucks! I would have bought one at Fry's if they had it! The shower in the master bedroom does not work. Not that big of a deal unless you had a house full of people and were planning on using it to get ready to go to a wedding on time. Plenty of TV remotes in the master bedroom. No TV in the master bedroom though?!? Flies! So many flies inside the house! I have a picture of a pile of the ones we killed. The Ugly We were in town for a wedding. We returned home from the event at about 11:30 pm. We parked our 3 cars in the driveway and went to bed about an hour later. When we got up in the morning to load our cars to check out and go home, we discovered that my daughter's passenger side window had been smashed in and the car burglarized. What would have, should have been a great weekend was ruined. We called Vacasa to see if they had security cameras on the driveway and they basically said "sorry, no, have a nice day". Beware! Keep your family safe! I am 60 yrs old and this is my first negative review. We left feeling violated instead blessed. God bless, Mark
