Our apartment is part of a residential building community, and your comfort and safety, along with that of our neighbours, are of paramount importance.
To ensure a peaceful and secure environment for everyone, we require all guests to read and strictly adhere to the following house rules. Failure to comply demonstrates disrespect for our community and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and eviction from the property.
Strictly Prohibited - Zero Tolerance Policy:
* Parties & Events: Absolutely NO parties, large gatherings, or events are permitted. This is a residential building, not a party venue. The maximum occupancy listed for the unit must be strictly respected at all times.
* Illegal Substances & Activities: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, or engagement in any illegal or illicit activity, is strictly forbidden on the premises and within the building`s common areas.
* Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the apartment or building common areas.
* Smoking: Smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all indoor common areas of the building (hallways, lobby, elevators, etc.). Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony with the apartment door closed.
* Consequence for Violation: Discovery of any of the above prohibited activities will be treated as a serious breach of trust and community rules. It will result in the immediate termination of your booking, eviction from the property (potentially with building security involvement), and forfeiture of your entire reservation payment. Authorities may be notified if warranted.
Respect for Neighbours, Noise & Building Community:
* Building Security: Your actions impact the security of all residents. Do not grant access to the building to any unknown individuals. Ensure the apartment door and any building entrance doors close securely behind you. Do not prop open security doors.
* Visitors: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted overnight. Non-registered visitors are not permitted on the premises after 11:00 PM. You are responsible for the behaviour of any visitor you allow into the building or apartment.
* Quiet Hours & Noise: This is a peaceful residential building. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Sound travels easily; please keep all noise, including music, televisions, and conversations, to a minimum during these hours to avoid disturbing neighbours.
* Neighbour Complaints & Common Areas: Excessive noise, disturbances, or disrespectful behaviour at any time that impacts neighbours or occurs in common areas is unacceptable. Any complaint received from a neighbour or building management will be taken extremely seriously and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Please be considerate and discreet when moving through shared spaces.
General Property Rules:
* Check-in/Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times unless arranged otherwise in advance.
* Damages: Please treat the apartment and building property with care. Report any accidental damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement due to negligence or misuse
* Climate Control: To maintain a pleasant temperature, please keep the bathroom doors closed and air conditioners set to Auto mode at all times.
* Electricity: To conserve energy, please turn off all ACs whenever you leave the unit.
Electricity Cost:
* Daily Cap: Electricity usage is capped at 45 units per day.
* Excess Charges: Any amounts used beyond 45 units per day will be charged a flat rate of 60 PKR per unit. * Transparency: Meter readings will be transparent and shared upon check-in and on check-out.

By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are staying in a private residence within a shared residential building. You confirm that you and all members of your party have read, understood, and agree to abide by these House Rules in their entirety, respecting both the property and our neighbours.
