-This is a fully furnished with a balcony.
- The room is cozy and comfortable (Queen-size bed) and equipped with modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable.
- You will have access to all the essentials like fresh towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo.
-The color of the bedsheet may change.

We do allow cooking inside the unit for your convenience.
-The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric stove and a water heater. Additionally, we’ve provided all the necessary kitchen utensils, including plates, mugs, spoons, forks, and glasses, to make meal preparation or enjoying takeout hassle-free.


- Relax with all the comforts of home, with thoughtful touches like toiletries and all the essentials to make your stay as easy as possible.

-You can access NETFLIX and Youtube on our 55'' Smart TV.

-Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
-Parties are strictly prohibited in this unit.
-The use of illegal substances is not allowed.
-Please ensure that all dishes are cleaned after use.

Parking Information

If you're driving a vehicle, We have parking spot. You can rent a parking space through us for 300 pesos per night we do accept payment gcash and bank transfer. Motorcycle parking is 200 pesos per night.
