While you are our guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Violations may result in charges and/or immediate eviction.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM to allow our team sufficient time to clean and prepare for the next guest.

Meals are not included. Room cleaning and linen change can be arranged upon request with 24-hour advance notice. (Subject to availability)

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings (e.g., wallets, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, passports). Abi Holiday Homes is not liable for any loss or damage.

Please handle keys with care. Lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee of AED 300 for main access card and AED 150 for Keyless Access card

No refunds will be issued for unused nights if the guest chooses to check out earlier than the booked period.

Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property by themselves or their visitors.

No outside visitors are allowed without prior approval. All guests must be registered with valid Passport/Emirates ID.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of AED 500 will apply if violated. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with the door closed to prevent smoke from entering the unit.

Gambling, unlawful behavior, illegal drugs, and prostitution are strictly prohibited.

Please help us conserve energy by switching off all lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.

In case of any rule violation, management reserves the right to evict the guest immediately.

Management may amend these rules without prior notice.

It is strongly recommended that guests travel with valid travel insurance, as Abi Holiday Homes is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or fatalities occurring within the apartment.
