➞ 24/7 self-check-in using a digital lock for front door.

Other things to note
➞ Please note that there is no cable TV available in the house. However, you can stream your favorite shows and movies using the fast WiFi with your own streaming service accounts.

➞ For Stove and Microwave, do not use it at same time. Use both of the appliances separately.

➞ We kindly ask guests to wash dishes by hand during their stay, as there is no dishwasher available in the kitchen.

➞ The property shares a wall with another unit on the same lot. While there is a soundproofing wall in place, it's possible that some sound may still travel through. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for the neighbors.

➞ Due to the property's location near a busy street, there may be some street noise. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

➞ Please note that the split system AC is available in each bedroom but not in the living room. We provide fans to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the house.

➞ We love pets but only dogs are allowed. We charge a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay and no more than 2 dogs.
- Please watch them carefully as we will charge for any damages they make.
- Make sure you put covers under your pet if on furniture.
- We really don't want to have "that conversation" with you if any damages we found after your stay.
- Please clean up after your pet

➞ Trash & Recycling: Trash is picked up every Friday morning. Please place all bins at the curb by Thursday evening. Sort your waste by bin color — Green bin for yard waste, Blue bin for cardboard/paper recycling, and Black bin for general household trash. Please follow the labels on each bin. The city may issue fines for improper sorting.
