The Space:

Step into a beautifully designed, accessible condo, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The open-plan living area is a welcoming space, featuring comfortable seating and engaging artwork, ideal for quality time. Enjoy family meals and game nights on the spacious 20-foot back deck, which offers stunning views of the Branson West Valley. The deck is equipped with a table and chairs, a cozy seating area, and ambient string lights. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for creating delicious family meals, complete with small appliances, cookware, spices, and a coffee and tea bar. The condo provides comfortable sleeping arrangements and ample storage. Two full bathrooms ensure convenience. The master bedroom boasts a California king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen-size and a full-size bed. A queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and all the comforts of home. Large living room windows offer picturesque views of the Branson West valley. Make sure to keep an eye out for our local owl, chipmunk and aardvark. This condo is ideally suited for families, couples, and seniors, and is conveniently located near Silver Dollar City and other Branson attractions.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. As a guest, you're also welcome to enjoy the amenities at Notch Estates, such as the seasonal outdoor pools with showers, walking trails, a fishing lake (catch and release), BBQ grills, picnic areas, a playground, a horseshoe pit, and a basketball court. For additional laundry needs, there's a coin laundry facility nearby. Free parking is available right outside the apartment, and you can easily access the apartment with keyless entry.

Getting around is easy and convenient from The Pretty Peacock. You’ll have free parking right by the condo, so bringing your own car is simple—no stairs or long walks to worry about.

Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and the Branson Strip are all just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area for nights out or trips into town.

Most guests find having a car gives the most flexibility for exploring all the attractions, restaurants, and outdoor fun that Branson West and the Ozarks have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that our apartment is located on the ground floor and offers beautiful valley views from the back deck. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests must refrain from bringing pets, smoking, or hosting parties during your stay. The communal pool is open seasonally, usually from Memorial Day to Labor Day; please confirm the exact dates during your booking. Enjoy access to the private fishing lake via a walking trail, which may require some walking. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear and a walking stick for your comfort. We provide complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea, and essential kitchen items. Free parking is available directly in front of and beside the building. For your security, there is a camera at the entrance. You will also receive a digital guidebook with local recommendations. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
