Beautiful new-looking house in nice quiet neighborhood. Be aware that there are lots of stairs. Overall, it worked well for our group of five women getting together for a college reunion. Pros: Attractive house; quiet; comfortable beds and sofas; lots of pillows, towels and sheets—all of good quality. Well-equipped, large kitchen. Plenty of comfortable seating for dining and lounging. Game room in basement.What would make it better: Soap or body wash in showers; spare blankets; hand towels, bedside reading lamps and a lamp or two in the living room. (The only lighting was bright, non-dimming overhead lights.) A corkscrew in the bar or kitchen. Make sure there is hand soap in every bathroom and dishwasher detergent available. We also couldn’t find bedding (comforter or blankets) for the convertible sofa on the ground floor. Note: There was some confusion or misunderstanding about the lay-out. Since we are seniors and don’t love stairs, we asked where the bedrooms were located. We were told that there was an ensuite bedroom on the second floor. This is not the case. There are three bedrooms on the third floor (one is en-suite) and one on the fourth floor. There is also the convertible sofa on the ground floor.
