Guests have access to a variety of amenities, such as swimming pool and a fully equipped gym.



The apartment is perfect for relaxing after a visit to Circle Mall, just a 12-minute drive away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while overlooking the serene peacefulness of Arjan. This studio apartment is bright and airy, with a floor-to-ceiling window that floods the space with natural light.



You'll find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided to help you settle in, and a Supermarket is conveniently located just a across the road.
