The space
Incredible views, plenty of living area, full well-stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, fireplaces, game room, additional lower level kitchenette, laundry room, spacious upper & lower porches and patios, outdoor covered hot tub, fire pit with firewood provided, a sandy beach area with 4 lounge chairs for relaxing, paddleboards, and a deep water dock for additional swimming fun!

The lower patio area features:
- a bar area with 3 flat screen TVs and a large Blackstone grill

-a fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling stories. Located next to the bar area, enjoy clear views of both the flat screen TVs and the lake

- a covered outdoor hot tub area with expansive lake views and a 4-seat attached cocktail bar

-plenty of outdoor seating

-cornhole, darts and ringtoss for a little friendly competition

Boat & Jet Ski parking are available at the dock.

A 90-horsepower pontoon boat is available for rent via separate agreement for $350 per day or $1500 for 5-7 days (a great value!) plus a $300 refundable security deposit) Tank will be full upon arrival; renter is responsible for refueling. No towables; 8 adult maximum.

Other things to note
The dock and swim beach are accessed by intervals of stairs and walkways. Please see photos and reach out if you have questions.

Guests have access to the entire property, except the detached addition on the left side of the breezeway where the facility manager resides and the camper at the top of the driveway where I stay when on site. We have one small dog named Peanut & one outdoor cat named Trumpurr! Peanut does sometimes come over to the main house to say hello.
