Get Keys from front Desk in Main lobby, pay for parking if applicable, and enjoy!

Park in the guest garage or at North Lobby entrance, take Building 3 elevator to the 4th floor to access unit.

Other Things to Note:

Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and some trash bags to get you started.

Colorado Traction Laws were recently updated, ensure you are in compliance for a smooth trip. We are unable to help in the event you are unable to navigate the winter weather or become stuck, be prepared for the areas potentially severe weather! 4x4 and winter tires are recommended for winter.

Pet Friendly for $250/nonrefundable pet fee - $500 charge if undeclared pets found on premises

Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in, availability not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed - $750 Fee
