Designed for relaxed island living, the villa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms spread across two levels. On the first floor, three bedrooms—each with its own ensuite bathroom—open onto a shared balcony where ocean views greet you each morning. The master suite features a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom, creating a private retreat above it all. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower and washbasin, making it ideal for guests who prefer easy access without stairs.

The heart of the villa is on the ground floor, where an airy living area flows seamlessly into a modern open kitchen—perfect for cooking, entertaining, or simply enjoying time together. Step outside and you’ll find yourself drawn to the terrace, where the infinity pool (magnesium) seems to blend into the Caribbean Sea beyond. Bocazul 6 is just a 5–10 minute walk from Blue Bay’s stunning sandy beach, known for its calm, crystal-clear waters and palm-shaded lounging areas. Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.

A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
