There was no hot tub as described in the property listing and, although we didn't need it, the unit only slept 4 people, not the six listed in the property description. Only one washcloth was provided between two bathrooms and hand towels were minimally available. Kitchen towels were minimal and it would have been very difficult to clean things int eh kitchen if we used it. Given proximity to the beach, pool/beach towels would have been nice. Providing things like beach chairs and towels would be beneficial. These are not things one should be expected to bring to a property located on the beach.I understand the need for a randomly supplied access code, but why does it have to be 10 numbers? Plus, half the time it did not work. This needs to be more user friendly. Fortunately we figured out the short cut to lock it even though that was not explained in the directions. Based on the information provided with the directions, you seem to be aware that this is an issue, if so, why not do something about it?I should not have had to contact the property manager for the access code to the pool/beach or the wifi. Seems like the management company failed on this.Great access to the beach, but property managers needs to step up and do a better job!
